Pasta Evangelists has set its intention to become the UK’s fast-growing, casual dining hot spot of 2025. Following the opening of its flagship Farringdon restaurant in June 2025, which has been transformed from an exclusive cookery class-based location into a multiple purpose restaurant and pasta academy, the brand is now set to open a succession of further locations bringing its restaurant count total to over 15 by the end of 2025. The new phase will kick off with Guildford opening this month.
Already serving up over 350,000 portions of pasta a month via nationwide delivery and takeaway, the expansion will bring a new dine-in experience to UK towns and London boroughs.
Finn Lagun, co-founder & CMO, Pasta Evangelists, said: “We’re investing heavily in creating a business that is rooted in experience and connection and are excited to expand into new communities looking for something different. The City and its surrounding boroughs are thriving spots for workers in search of a delicious lunch that’s hot, fresh, fast and great value for money. Expanding out of London and into home counties like Surrey will take our fresh artisan pasta and sauces – as well as the experiential Pasta Academy – to the family market which is a huge opportunity. 2025 signals a major milestone in our commercial journey as we continue to scale up with new and existing franchise partners.”
Now with a successful and clearly defined restaurant blueprint, Pasta Evangelists sets its sights on double-digit growth throughout 2025 and has earmarked 10 new restaurant locations in top foodie locations in London and beyond. Each new location, including Guildford, will offer customers the full Pasta Evangelists experience and bring a touch of Italian culture to the UK high street. Alongside the delicious fresh pasta menu, the adored Pasta Academy concept, which hosts lively pasta-making classes, is being rolled out to all Pasta Evangelists restaurants to reach more customers and encourage the art of pasta fatto a mano further.
