This week, Primark, the international fashion retailer, launches its 2026 Pride collection across its stores, alongside a £250,000 commitment to LGBTQIA+ charities and Pride events across Europe and the US. Now in its ninth year of supporting Pride initiatives, Primark has to date donated £1.5 million to LGBTQIA+ charities and community organisations worldwide.
Launching across select stores from this week, Primark’s 2026 Pride collection celebrates self-expression in all its forms, with easy-to-wear pieces designed to help people show up as themselves. The collection is designed to be versatile and wearable and includes womenswear, menswear and accessories with prices starting from just £1.50. Click & Collect will also be available across Primark’s stores in Great Britain.
Beyond the collection, Primark continues its year-round commitment to inclusion through its colleague networks, partnerships with local charities, educational activations, and ongoing support for local Pride events across its markets.
In the UK, Primark is partnering with The Proud Trust for the third year in a row, an LGBTQIA+ youth charity based in Manchester, which empowers young people to be proud of who they are. The donation of £75,000 will help fund important resources like an online chat function, youth groups and support services.
Charlie Magadah-Williams, head of inclusion & community Impact at Primark, commented: “Inclusion at Primark isn’t a slogan or a tick-box exercise – it’s part of who we are. This is an all-year, everyday commitment in our stores, our communities, at marches, and through partnerships with the charities and organisations that matter to us most. We know that Pride means something different to everyone, and that’s exactly why this collection was designed to feel versatile and personal, so that those wearing it can feel confident and completely themselves. As a member of the community, I’m so proud to say that Primark’s support goes beyond this range too, with a continued focus on our colleagues and the communities around us. From local Pride events, to year-round partnerships, we’re continuing to create spaces where everyone feels welcome, seen and celebrated.”
Liam Swanston, director of development and partnerships at The ProudTrust, added: “We are incredibly proud to be working alongside Primark as a charity partner, their commitment to supporting the LGBTQ+ community all year round is exactly what meaningfully supporting the community needs to look like. Young people tell us ‘It’s important because young LGBTQ+ people need support now more than ever. With new laws and discriminatory action being implicated across the world, having spaces to feel safe and protected is incredibly important. The Proud Trust advocate for our rights, gives us a space to meet people, and offers individual support to those in need.’”
