ReissLakeside Shopping Centre, part of SGS Group, is set to further enhance its already impressive fashion retail mix with the arrival of much-loved brand Reiss, bringing its signature and luxury styles to Essex’s leading shopping and leisure destination.

The store will occupy 2,411sq ft and will open in May, offering Reiss’s unique blend of modern tailoring, effortless chic and timeless wardrobe staples to Lakeside shoppers.

Reinforcing the centres position as the destination for high-end fashion, the new store will house Reiss’s full range of contemporary menswear, womenswear and accessories offering a sleek and modern shopping experience.

Rob Jewell, managing director, asset management at Pradera Lateral, commented: “Reiss’s arrival is an exciting addition to Lakeside’s fashion brand portfolio, showcasing our commitment to delivering a best-in-class shopping experience and strengthening the on-site offer. As we continue to evolve our fashion and lifestyle offering, welcoming globally recognised brands like Reiss ensures that we meet, and exceed, the expectations of our visitors and bring them access to the stores that they covet most.”

“Our leasing pipeline for 2025 is taking great shape, and we are looking forward to announcing more additions to the centre’s 220 stores in the coming weeks.”

Reiss joins an enviable list of high-end fashion retailers at the centre including All Saints, Calvin Klein, Levi’s and BOSS. Lakeside is firmly committed to curating an exciting and dynamic retail environment and the new store further enhances its position as a must visit destination for stylish shoppers.
