Ringover announces the launch of Pitch Room, a unique AI-powered sales call simulation solution

Pitch Room, an AI-driven solution, allows sales teams to simulate realistic exchanges with virtual prospects or customers. Users can create bespoke personas and scenarios, adjust the difficulty level, receive real-time AI suggestions, and follow up with an automated performance analysis.

Particularly suited for mid-market companies and large groups with numerous sales teams, the solution offers a scalable way to train new recruits while allowing experienced employees to test new strategies and hone their skills.

Harnessing AI for sales department performance

Since its creation in 2018 by pioneers in digital business communications, Ringover has been transforming the market by developing innovative SaaS tools designed to empower sales forces. Its Empower platform has integrated AI-based features since 2023, with Pitch Room being the latest example.

This new module allows sales departments to train with AI by simulating calls with virtual interlocutors, practising calls under realistic and risk-free conditions, while receiving personalised suggestions in real time. Users can create personas and scenarios in seconds, adjust the difficulty, communication style, and stage of the conversation, and then analyse their performance using a detailed post-call report.

Realistic interactions to train tomorrow’s talent

Designed to replicate realistic interactions in a sales context, the Pitch Room virtual environment allows sales departments to create fictional interlocutors based on their real-world experience, as well as scenarios adapted to their daily challenges. The interaction’s difficulty, the negotiation stage, and the prospect’s communication style can all be adjusted as needed.

Employees can train before their actual calls and benefit from instant AI advice to refine their pitch and demeanour. Each simulation is followed by a comprehensive analysis to measure progress and identify areas for improvement. The training of new talent can thus be accelerated through call simulations punctuated by personalised advice and concluded with automated analysis. Every interaction becomes a learning opportunity for new talent, without risk to the team’s actual performance.

Adaptable to numerous contexts, the Pitch Room virtual environment allows for a wide array of use cases. Simulations can cover sales pitches but also after-sales service or marketing processes.

The solution is particularly suitable for mid-market companies and large groups with large sales teams. It provides a scalable way to train new recruits while enabling experienced employees to test new communication strategies and perfect their skills as part of a continuous improvement approach. By combining immersive training and AI feedback, Pitch Room promotes high-quality interactions that have a direct impact on sales performance.
