Royal Mail and TikTok Shop have announced a partnership designed to supercharge British businesses. The collaboration brings together the UK’s most trusted and convenient delivery provider and one of the world’s fastest-growing commerce platforms, giving small businesses access to a nationwide delivery network – enhancing choice and reliability for sellers of all sizes across the United Kingdom.

More than 200,000 small businesses are already operating on TikTok Shop UK, with the platform reporting triple-digit growth in 2024. By becoming TikTok Shop’s primary delivery partner, Royal Mail will make it easier than ever for sellers – from kitchen-table start-ups to high street retailers – to get their products into the hands of customers reliably and quickly.

Through this partnership, as of this weekOctober 9(th), 2025, TikTok Shop sellers will gain access to Royal Mail’s extensive services, including parcel collections and drop-off options at the largest network of parcel points in the UK. Sellers will also benefit from competitive rates, tracking, shop health protection and compensation coverage, creating an accessible and easy-to-use system for businesses at every stage of their journey.

With almost 24,000, Royal Mail has the largest network of parcel points nationwide including 2,000 lockers, 8,000 Royal Mail Shop stores, 11,500 Post Office branches, 1,400 parcel postboxes and 1,200 customer service points. Customers can also drop off parcels that will fit in any of the 115,000 postboxes, and can request proof of posting using the app. This is in addition to offering collection from every single address in the UK, ensuring TikTok Shop sellers have access to convenient and trusted shipping options.

The move is a significant boost for Britain’s growing digital economy, where side hustles, creators, and small businesses are driving innovation and consumer choice.

“Our goal is to provide British businesses with the tools they need to thrive. This partnership with Royal Mail combines our platform’s reach with a delivery network that is synonymous with trust and reliability. Together, we are empowering sellers of all sizes to reach customers across the UK more efficiently than ever before,” said Jan Wilk, head of TikTok Shop UK.

“We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with TikTok Shop and to support the incredible ecosystem of entrepreneurs on the platform. By becoming the primary carrier in the UK, we are making it easier for sellers to connect with their customers through our extensive and trusted nationwide network. This is about delivering growth for British businesses and providing the brilliant service their customers expect,” said Saadi Al-Soudani, chief commercial officer at Royal Mail
