Launching 2nd July, Sephora UK announces the launch of MySephora; gifting the sense of exclusivity to its loyal customers through a tiered points-based loyalty program designed to engage and reward their devoted community base through unique benefits.
Since launching into the UK market two years ago, Sephora has rapidly exploded onto the scene celebrating its third UK site in Manchester earlier this year. The omnichannel retail giant has seen tremendous growth across its website and app since launch and is showing no signs of slowing down with the launch of two new stores this autumn in Newcastle’s Metro Centre and Eldon Square.
Sephora’s commitment to providing exceptional brands and elevated customer experiences has propelled the UK’s success and spearheaded a strategic move to offer customers a clear points based system for its ever-growing customer base within the UK.

The new and enhanced points earning system will offer rewarding experiences and exclusive benefits via a three tiered programme across gold, silver and bronze which will be accessible via desktop, mobile and the Sephora UK app.
MySephora not only will reward spend, but also customer engagement as well. Points can be earned through brand engagement, such as attending in-store services and reviewing products — offering customers more opportunities to earn their status.
Enhancing the customer journey, MySephora members enrolled in the loyalty program can exchange their accumulated points for products from a curated selection of best-selling brands including Sol De Janeiro, Elemis, Fenty Beauty, Gisou and our very own Sephora Collection . The reward catalog enables customers to receive exciting products; offering exclusivity to its customers at each tier.
MySephora perks also include deluxe birthday gifts, an upgraded delivery proposition and early access to brand events and sales. In particular, Gold members are treated to deluxe rewards, free next day delivery and exclusive early access to the MySephora Sales.
Additionally, loyalty members can also opt to give back to Sephora’s chosen charity partner Face Equality International, continuing the brand’s red thread commitment to supporting inclusivity and diversity. Members can redeem the charity donation in store or online without making a purchase.
Existing loyal customers will be migrated into the new MySephora program honouring their existing unused rewards e.g. if customers already have a £5 voucher in their account they can still redeem and will not lose. Plus, existing customers will be further rewarded by receiving a bonus of 25 points on the day of launch as a welcome gift.
