On Friday 10th April at 9:59am, Søstrene Grene, the popular Danish lifestyle brand, will open its newest store at The Beacon Shopping Centre in Eastbourne, with its signature Scandinavian design and curated homeware collections.

To celebrate the opening, the first 100 customers will receive a complimentary voucher for Søstrene Grene’s woollen throw. Shoppers can also enjoy stylish tote bags filled with Søstrene Grene gifts, while discovering the latest collections, accompanied by live performances and refreshments served throughout the morning.

Returning to East Sussex for the second time, Søstrene Grene’s Eastbourne store will open during the vibrant spring season, offering locals an inspiring destination for Scandinavian-inspired homewares, lifestyle products and craft essentials. Joining the brand’s existing Brighton location, the new store strengthens Søstrene Grene’s presence throughout the county and supports its continued UK expansion.

With more than 400 stores worldwide, Søstrene Grene has cultivated a loyal customer following for its thoughtfully designed homewares, crafts and lifestyle products. As demand for the brand’s distinctive in-store and brand experience continues to grow, the UK remains a key focus for expansion.

Mikkel Grene, Group CEO and co-owner of Søstrene Grene, comments: “Each new store allows us to share the universe of Søstrene Grene with even more people. Our Eastbourne opening is

an important part of our UK journey and reflects our dedication to calm design and creativity with products and our spaces, which encourage inspiration. We hope that every customer leaves the wonderful world of Søstrene Grene with new ideas, whether for their home, DIY projects or everyday living.”

UK Partners, Norma Jacob and Richard Power, who operate Søstrene Grene stores across Northern Ireland, Southern England, Scotland and Wales, are looking forward to welcoming customers to the Eastbourne store.

Norma Jacob, comments: “Spring is a season of renewal and the opening of our Eastbourne store couldn’t arrive at a better time. Our seasonal collections are designed to spark creativity and help bring meaningful changes to homes. We can’t wait to open the doors and see how shoppers of Eastbourne will be inspired.”

Richard Power adds: “Opening our second store in East Sussex is a significant moment for us. The enthusiasm we’ve seen for our brand across the county has been incredibly encouraging and we’re delighted to bring Søstrene Grene’s Scandinavian designs and simplicity to Eastbourne.”

Mark Powell, general manager of The Shopping Centre, said: “Søstrene Grene is a great addition to the retail portfolio here at The Beacon. We have no doubts the popular Danish lifestyle and home decor retailer will be huge hit with our customers.”

Søstrene Grene’s new store at The Beacon, Eastbourne will officially open on Friday, 10th April at 9:59am.
