Southern Co-op partners with Lobyco to enhance CX offering through new loyalty app

Lobyco announced a new multi-year relationship with Southern Co-op, to launch and enhance their existing membership proposition with a new app consisting of engaging features such as games, challenges, and new promotions capabilities. Southern Co-op is a regional, independent cooperative operating a network of more than 300 food, funeral, and Starbucks coffee branches across the south of England. Southern Co-op is set to enhance its customer experience through a new partnership focused on reimagining its digital presence and loyalty strategy. The collaboration will introduce a new loyalty app that simplifies rewards, improves value for customers, and elevates engagement through games, challenges, and a dynamic promotions platform.

The app will offer customers a more personalised and interactive way to shop, earn rewards, and access exclusive offers, while providing a seamless experience that aligns with Southern Co-op’s commitment to delivering added value to its communities. By combining innovative features with meaningful rewards, Southern Co-op aims to strengthen customer relationships and take its digital engagement to the next level.
