THG Beauty partners with LiveRamp to enhance its commerce media offering

LiveRamp (NYSE: RAMP), the leading data collaboration partner, today announces its partnership with THG Ingenuity and THG Beauty Media. THG Ingenuity, a leading partner, aims to unlock enhanced capabilities for THG Beauty Media’s commerce media network and its partners through LiveRamp’s Retail Intelligence solution. This partnership equips brands within THG Beauty Media’s partner ecosystem with the ability to turn shopper insights into actionable outcomes across media channels in a more seamless and efficient manner.

Across its extensive portfolio of first-party data from over five million individuals, THG Beauty Media will offer brands comprehensive, actionable insights into consumer behaviour across the customer journey across THG Beauty’s leading e-commerce sites, including LOOKFANTASTIC and Cult Beauty. With the ability to tie those actionable insights into media optimisation and, ultimately, measurement, brands will understand the actual impact these actions have on their media investment and whether it is making a meaningful impact on metrics such as incremental return on ad spend (iROAS), market share, customer acquisition, customer lifetime value and loyalty.

Through LiveRamp’s Retail Intelligence solution, powered by its data collaboration platform, THG Beauty Media’s advertisers will enjoy greater accessibility via easy-to-use dashboards that provide visualisations of campaign performance based on their unique inputs and brand-specific KPIs. This includes analytics based on dynamic market benchmarks, different channels, sales drivers, SKUs, and regional geographies that THG Beauty Media and its partners can use to identify and activate new opportunities for long-term growth.
