Tapi Carpets & Floors has reached a major customer review milestone, surpassing 100,000 reviews on Trustpilot while maintaining its ‘Excellent’ rating and an average score of 4.8 stars.
The achievement reflects the flooring retailer’s continued focus on customer experience as it marks more than a decade in business. Since launching in 2015, Tapi has grown to become one of the UK’s largest flooring specialists, with more than 220 stores nationwide, including 19 John Lewis concessions, alongside a network of over 230 mobile showrooms.
The milestone comes during a period of continued growth for the business, which was recently named ‘Best Big Retailer’ in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026 and further strengthened its position in the market through the acquisition of the Carpetright brand in August 2024.
Alongside its 4.8-star Trustpilot rating from more than 100,000 reviews, Tapi reports that more than 90,000 of its reviews are five-star, while 95% of customers say they would recommend the retailer to a friend.
