The Gym KitchenThe Gym Kitchen is expanding its high-protein meals offer across another category – with a new range of high-protein chicken sausages, landing in Tesco this month.

The healthy meals challenger is continuing to disrupt the functional food space across new meal occasions, with its two-strong sausage offer hitting stores in time for BBQ season.

The Gym Kitchen Chicken Sausages range includes Original, with roasted onion and light seasoning and Piri Piri flavour, infused with red pepper and chilli – each variant packing in a whopping 17g and 18g of protein respectively, per 2 x sausage serving.

The launch follows a strong start to the year for the multi-award-winning brand and comes just weeks after a stream of exciting NPD across Chilled Meals, Food-To-Go, Chilled Yogurts and Desserts.

Innovation across multiple categories is a major part of The Gym Kitchen growth strategy, bringing a broader target of healthy foodies into the brand.

Founder, Segun Akinwoleola, said: “We are delighted to further expand our range in Tesco, putting ‘The Gym Kitchen twist’ on what has got to be one of the nation’s favourites!

“Sausages are incredibly versatile and an ultimate crowd-pleaser – our NEW High Protein range is guaranteed to get taste-buds sizzling, whilst smashing those ever-important nutrition goals!”
