The Perfume Shop launches ‘Let Love Last’ Christmas campaign celebrating the lasting power of perfume

The Perfume Shop, the UK’s largest specialist perfume retailer, has launched its new Christmas campaign, ‘Let Love Last’, celebrating the emotional connection between perfume, memories and the people we love.

Building on its recently launched ‘The Power of Perfume’ brand positioning, the campaign brings to life the idea that perfume is more than just a gift. It can capture special moments, evoke memories and create lasting connections long after a gift is unwrapped.

With over 210 stores across the UK and Ireland and more than 30 years of expertise in helping customers navigate one of the most personal gifts they can give, The Perfume Shop is encouraging shoppers to consider the personal meaning behind the perfumes they choose for loved ones.

Amy Danbrowsky, Head of Brand Marketing at The Perfume Shop, said: “This Christmas we wanted a story that felt real, understated and full of heart. ‘Let Love Last’ captures something we believe deeply at The Perfume Shop – that gifting the right scent doesn’t just mark a moment, it can keep the feeling of it with you. Telling that through an ordinary family finding their way through a Christmas that feels different gave us an honest way to bring The Power of Perfume to life, and we think it’s a story many people will resonate with.”

Christmas continues to be one of the biggest trading periods for The Perfume Shop, with perfume remaining a popular gifting choice for customers looking to find something personal and meaningful for their loved ones.

Last Christmas, The Perfume Shop sold 1.58million bottles of perfume during the festive period, highlighting the continued demand for perfume gifting during the busiest shopping period of the year.

The campaign will run across connected TV, video-on-demand, paid and organic social media, digital display and in-store screens. Led by a 90-second hero film, supported by shorter edits and social content, the campaign will reach customers throughout the festive shopping season.

Customers can visit The Perfume Shop’s stores across the UK and Ireland to discover an extensive range of designer, luxury and niche perfumes at great prices, with expert advice from its Perfume People to help find the perfect gift. Personalised gifting services, including gift wrapping and personalised ribbon options in participating stores, also help customers add a thoughtful touch to their Christmas presents.

Through ‘Let Love Last’, The Perfume Shop continues to build on its ‘The Power of Perfume’ positioning, reinforcing its role in helping customers find perfumes that create meaningful connections and lasting memories.

The campaign was developed in collaboration with independent agency Boldspace, which also worked with The Perfume Shop on its refreshed brand positioning earlier this year.

Arif Miah, senior director at Boldspace, said: “We wanted to tell a Christmas story that felt honest rather than perfect – about a family finding their way back to the spirit of the day in their own quiet way, and a teenage boy realising that sometimes showing up for the people you love is in the small things. Perfume felt like the perfect way to express that. It can hold memory and emotion in a way few gifts can, and keep meaning something long after Christmas Day itself. ‘Let Love Last’ is ultimately about
