The White Company partners with Zapp, London’s leading premium convenience delivery app, to deliver its most popular products in minutes, 24/7

Collaboration marks company’s entry in the on-demand market – allowing shoppers to buy their favourites instantly, instead of having to wait for next day delivery or battle busy high streets

The launch reflects the shift in modern customer shopping habits and allows the retailer to reach a wider audience during peak season

The range includes a curated edit of signature candles and sleepwear

Comes as Zapp unveils new subscription service offering 10 per cent credit back on all purchases above £30

London, November 2025 – The White Company has joined the on-demand delivery movement and is making a curated edit of its most popular products available to customers for home delivery in minutes, 24/7.

It has partnered with Zapp, London’s leading premium convenience rapid delivery app, with many of its signature candles and sleepwear now available to Londoners to order instantly, from best-selling winter candles to silk pyjamas.

The company joins Fortnum & Mason, Bamford and Daylesford Organic in introducing on-demand delivery through Zapp, as they adapt to meet changing consumer habits and the demand for out-of-hours access to products.

The move allows The White Company to meet demand as the country enters peak gifting season and demonstrates how brands are extending delivery hours and finding new ways to reach customers.

It will mean stressed out shoppers can get last-minute gifts delivered to offices and homes and avoid chaotic high streets in the pre-Christmas rush – and never need to arrive empty handed to a party or family get-together.

It comes as Zapp launches a new subscription service designed to give loyal customers more value and make Christmas shopping effortless. Zapp+ includes an industry-first 10% credit back on all orders above £30 and free delivery, for just £4.99 a month.

Holly Tabor, partnerships and international business director, at The White Company, said: “We are entering gifting season when busy people want to order easily, at a time that suits them and be confident their order will arrive in minutes, with the same luxury experience that you would expect from The White Company.

“This new partnership with Zapp will mean we can meet changing consumer demands and offer a curated edit of our collection favourites – be that a last-minute present or a little luxury for the home – instantly.”

Rowan Lawson, director of operations at Zapp, said: “We are delighted to add The White Company to a fantastic array of premium brands available on our app.

“It reflects the change in how people are shopping – they no longer want to wait for next day delivery or battle high street crowds, and expect luxury gifts to be available immediately, 24/7.

The White Company will be available through Zapp Boutique, Zapp’s industry-first premium and luxury-focused ‘store within a store’.

Zapp’s catalogue includes more than 4,500 hand-picked products and caters to a range of on-demand convenience, premium and luxury customer needs.

To shop the collection, download the Zapp app on iOS or Android, or visit justzapp.com.
