Tiger Modular unveils new brand, website, and expanded range as business enters next phase of growth

Tiger Modular, a leading UK modular garden building retailer, has unveiled a new brand identity, website, and expanded product range as it enters its next phase of growth.

The launch introduces a distinct new identity for Tiger Modular, alongside a redesigned website at tigermodular.com and a refreshed look across the brand’s social and digital channels.

Designed to make it easier for customers to explore and understand the full Tiger Modular offering, the new website features a revised structure, interactive configurators for both garden rooms and pergolas, and a new virtual showroom.

For the first time, Tiger Modular will also introduce a dedicated printed brochure, giving customers another way to explore its products, options and finishes.

The launch coincides with an expansion of the Tiger Modular product portfolio. Joining the existing Certus, Verso and Nexus ranges are two new products: Vita and Neo.

Vita is Tiger Modular’s new annexe range – a self-contained living space with a bedroom, kitchenette and shower room, built to full building regulations. Available in four sizes or as a fully bespoke design, the range provides customers with a flexible way to create additional living space at home.

Neo is a value-engineered garden room, fully insulated and weatherproof for year-round use and finished as a shell for customers to make their own. It is available either as a professionally installed build or as a DIY kit.

Tiger Modular’s garden rooms are delivered and professionally installed as standard, with installation optional for the new Neo range.

Alongside its core ranges, Tiger Modular will continue to offer bespoke solutions, as well as garden storage, outdoor kitchens and bars, and pergolas, with an extended pergola range forming part of the new offering.

The launch builds on continued year-on-year growth for Tiger Modular and follows  the business joining multi-award-winning Woodlands Home & Garden Group in 2023. Since then, the two businesses have worked increasingly closely together, combining Tiger Modular’s specialist modular expertise with Woodlands’ established UK manufacturing capabilities.

Products are manufactured in Yorkshire, supported by Woodlands’ own timber mill – giving the business greater control over materials, manufacturing and quality.

The announcement follows further recognition for the brand, with Tiger Modular’s Nexus named Best Garden Building in the Ideal Home Awards 2026. Tiger Modular also continues to receive strong customer feedback, reflected in its excellent Trustpilot rating.

Stuart Davison, founder of Tiger Modular and Commercial Director at Woodlands Home & garden group said: “This is an exciting new chapter for Tiger Modular. It’s much more than a new look – we’ve taken the opportunity to think about where the brand is going, how we can make it easier for customers to explore our products and how we can broaden our range to meet different needs.

“Our new Vita range expands what we can offer customers looking for flexible additional living space, while Neo gives people a more budget-friendly route into the Tiger Modular range, without compromising on the design and quality we want the brand to represent.

“We’ve spent a lot of time looking at the customer journey and, in particular, how we can make our website more useful and intuitive. We already had a strong product offering, so this next phase has been about investing in the brand, improving the experience for our customers and giving them more choice.

“We don’t just deliver a building – we deliver the moment someone walks in and realised they should have done this years ago.

“From the new website and virtual showroom, to our configurators and expanded product range, everything has been developed to help customers better understand what’s possible with Tiger Modular and find the right solution for their space.”

With models ranging from around £15,000 to more than £100,000 for larger bespoke projects, Tiger Modular caters for customers looking for everything from accessible garden rooms to substantial additional living spaces.

The new Tiger Modular brand, website and product range launch on 1 October 2026.
