Valley has won three Gold awards at this year’s prestigious ‘Shop! Global Awards’ in New Orleans, a milestone achievement that reflects the passion, creativity and innovation at the heart of the business.

‘Shop! Global’ celebrates the very best in retail experience worldwide, with competition from across the US, South America, Europe, China and Australia. Winning top honours in the highly competitive Consumer Electronics and Healthcare categories is a fantastic achievement and a reflection of the collaboration, creativity and dedication shown by everyone involved.

At the centre of this success is the ground-breaking approach to increasing in-store engagement. For both Shark Beauty and Ninja, Valley has reimagined the role of the retail display, transforming it from a static fixture into an intelligent, insight-driven experience.

Being able to understand how a shopper behaves at the display reveals what works and what doesn’t, be that product assortment, campaigns, messaging or design, allowing a continuous test and learn opportunity for brand and retailer.

This innovation allows for continuous optimisation, enabling SharkNinja to refine and enhance the shopper journey in ways that simply weren’t possible before. The result is a data driven retail solution that not only commands attention but evolves with the customer.

Alongside the best in category wins, Valley also took home the coveted Gold Award for Innovation, a recognition that holds particular significance for the team.

These awards celebrate what’s possible when creativity, collaboration and innovation come together, and we couldn’t be prouder.
