Victoria Centre elevates fashion and lifestyle offer with the launch of Nottingham’s first standalone Victoria’s Secret store

Victoria CentreVictoria Centre, the East Midlands’ number one retail destination, is set to elevate its fashion and lifestyle offer with the launch of Nottingham’s first standalone Victoria’s Secret store.

Opening in Spring 2026, the new 6,000sq ft store will be located on the Lower Level, adding further weight to the centre’s strong mix of international brands including Levi’s, Urban Outfitters and Rituals. The announcement is a direct response to rising customer demand for a Victoria’s Secret store within the centre.

The arrival highlights Victoria Centre’s commitment to evolving its premium retail mix. With a 63% female visitor base, a 65,000-strong student population and a growing number of affluent guests, Victoria’s Secret aligns with the centre’s focus to incorporate high-performing brands that resonate with its core demographic and reinforces its position as the city’s number one retail destination.

As Victoria Centre continues to evolve its mix of over 100 retail and F&B brands – including national flagships such as John Lewis and Boots to premium fashion and emerging independents – the addition of Victoria’s Secret further strengthens the centre’s position as Nottingham’s key destination to shop, dine and connect.

Rebecca Milnes-James, asset manager at Pradera Lateral, commented: “Victoria’s Secret choosing Victoria Centre for its first standalone Nottingham store is a powerful endorsement of the momentum we’re building. Our strategy is focused on elevating the centre’s premium mix and ensuring we put high performing, in demand brands in front of our loyal and diverse guests. This opening reflects that ambition and reinforces Victoria Centre’s position as the city’s leading retail destination.”

Victoria Centre, owned by SGS UK Retail, is asset managed by Pradera Lateral. The leasing agents for this deal were Roger Kemp at JLL.
