Warrior® launches new soft core CRUNCH protein bar

Leading sports nutrition brand Warrior® has unveiled a redesigned version of its bestselling CRUNCH protein bar, introducing a new soft-core recipe and premium packaging as it builds on the range’s strong retail performance.

The revamped Warrior CRUNCH Soft Core range features a more indulgent texture and taste alongside new matte packaging, and is already listed nationwide with Tesco, Asda and Morrisons.

With an RRP of £2, each Warrior CRUNCH bar delivers 20g of protein, fewer than 210 calories and as little as 0.9g of sugar – among the lowest in the category and significantly lower than many comparable products on the market. The range is available in six flavours: White Chocolate, Banoffee Pie, Dark Chocolate Peanut, Fudge Brownie, Choc Chip Cookie Dough and Salted Caramel.

Designed to bridge the gap between confectionery and sports nutrition, each bar features a soft centre layered with gooey caramel, protein crispies and rich chocolate, finished with a smooth chocolate coating to deliver a genuinely indulgent taste without compromising on nutrition.

Since its launch, CRUNCH has sold over 50 million units across 33 countries, making it one of Warrior’s biggest sellers. Now, the new, premium soft-core centre is designed to elevate taste and texture without sacrificing the functional credentials that made CRUNCH a global success, fulfilling the growing consumer demand for functional snacks. At £2 for 20g protein, it brings that quality within reach of everyday shoppers.

Kieran Fisher, Founder of Warrior®, comments, “This wasn’t about fixing something that was broken – it was about taking a product that already had a loyal global following and pushing it even further. Consumers increasingly expect functional nutrition to taste exceptional, and this range delivers exactly that.

“We improved everything from the taste to the packaging, because as Warrior scales as a brand, we believe our products should continue to improve and evolve, while keeping an accessible price point for the consumer. We want genuinely good nutrition to be accessible to anyone living a busy, active lifestyle – not reserved for those who can afford to pay more for it.”

The launch forms part of Warrior’s wider ambition to make functional snacking accessible to those seeking better nutrition, by delivering products that perform on both taste and function.

Warrior CRUNCH Soft Core is proudly manufactured in UK GMP-certified facilities, and is available to retailers now, as well as on TeamWarrior.com and Amazon UK.
