Home improvement retailer Wickes has announced the opening of a new store in Torquay as part of the ongoing investment into its store estate. The store will be located on Orchard Way, Torquay, TQ2 7FA, visible from Rivera Way. The newly developed site was opened by Councillor Katya Maddison on 3 November 2023.
The new 20,000sq ft store will offer a range of home improvement products for both trade professionals and customers looking to improve their own homes.
With a kitchen and bathroom showroom, the store will feature the new ranges to help customers plan their dream home, supported by professional design consultants offering friendly advice, a free design service, and Wickes’ trusted installation service. An outdoor garden project centre has also been constructed as part of the store, to help cater to all gardening needs throughout the year.
What’s more, the Torquay store will provide free delivery on orders above £85, a 30-minute Click & Collect service, as well as a bespoke paint mixing station.
Trade customers will also find a large availability of stock making it easier to complete projects on time and all TradePro members will get a 10% discount every time they shop.
