WickesWickes has launched a brand-new, free of charge, design service aimed at supporting customers purchasing its Wickes Lifestyle Kitchens range.

The home improvement retailer’s new design service aims to be accessible for all, with a choice of face to face or video call appointments.

With a fleet of Design Consultants on hand to talk customers through the buying journey, the retailer has even launched its very own dedicated virtual hub, offering the same bespoke expert advice all through a pre-booked video call, making it easier for customers to create a dream kitchen at an affordable price, no matter where they live.

Once the customer has picked out their kitchen, a 3D visual will be created to show exactly what their dream kitchen will look like and share a full set of plans to help with installation.

The design service launches alongside the new Wickes Lifestyle Kitchens range. With 17 varied styles and 20 cabinet options, including shaker, slab, j-pull and handless, the DIY experts have added to the range, aiming to increase its customers’ choice across kitchen designs.

Available in 8 colourways in matt and gloss finishes, Wickes Lifestyle Kitchens remain affordable with prices starting from as little as £947. What’s more every kitchen comes with an impressive 10 year guarantee on cabinets and 5 year guarantee on doors and drawer fronts, so customers can be sure their new purchase is built, and designed, to last

Easy to install, the free design service includes a helpful installation pack, including floor plans and visuals, making buying a kitchen easier than ever.

Customers can choose to collect their kitchens from the store, depending on availability, or opt for delivery with orders over £85 delivered for free.

Paul Bangs, Wickes category director, kitchens, bathrooms and tiles, says: “We’re pleased to announce Wickes’ new design service, which will be free for all our customers interested in purchasing a kitchen, including the new Wickes Lifestyle Kitchen range. As a digitally led business we’re proud to provide expert advice to our customers, wherever they may be, and our new design service embodies this. Delivering the same expert knowledge, our Design Service is accessible for all, with both face to face and video call appointments on offer, all free of charge.

The new Wickes Lifestyle Kitchen range is a great example of the high quality, affordable kitchens on offer – and when using the design service, it’s now easier to buy a dream kitchen as each customer is provided with 3D visuals and a helpful installation pack.”
