Prezzo and Blackfish Brands introduce new autumnal cocktails

Blackfish Brands Ltd, owners of the Soho Street Cocktail brand, are thrilled to announce the development of two new cocktails to further support their partnership with Prezzo, the Italian restaurant chain.

On the back of the success of Soho Street Cocktails’ Pornstar Martini and Espresso Martini added to the drinks menu earlier this year, Prezzo worked closely with Blackfish Brands to create two new bespoke cocktail serves which launched on Prezzo’s Autumn Menu this month. Among these additions, expect the delightful Spiced Apple and Pear Martini, as well as the bold and fruity Morello Cherry Sour.

“I am delighted to have had the opportunity to work with Dom and the Prezzo team, delivering two fabulous new serves for their Autumn Menu. Dominic presented us with a brief, based on the Autumnal flavours he was looking to achieve. We set to work, collaborating on ideas and the result is very exciting. I can’t wait to see the Prezzo customers’ reaction to these two new serves which will compliment Prezzo’s quality food offering” said Marie Flowers, sales director at Soho Street Cocktails.

Dominic Hawksworth, senior bar and beverage manager at Prezzo, added: “Collaborating with the team at Soho Street on our new seasonal cocktails has been extremely exciting and delicious. Throughout the development process we have managed to deliver a range of exceptional seasonal Italian flavours in a style of cocktail that can sometimes be more challenging for the bartender to create. We’re proud of the results and consistency of serve and glasses full of flavour for all who enjoy them.”

In line with the Soho Street Cocktails range, these new cocktails have been produced in their renowned 1.5L recyclable pouches and staying true to the ethos are not from concentrate, vegan and gluten free, and contain no allergens, artificial colours, or flavourings. The brand’s goal is to make it as easy as possible for bar staff to create consistent, hand-crafted cocktails every time. To create the perfect serve, all that’s needed is to pour into a cocktail shaker with 2-3 cubes of ice, shake vigorously for 7 seconds, serve into a cocktail glass and garnish.

The Spiced Apple & Pear Martini and Morello Cherry Sour are available now in all Prezzo restaurants throughout the UK.
