THIS™ launches new ready-to-eat range: UK’s first plant-based pork cocktail sausages plus new chicken deli pieces

Nibbles, lunchboxes, and picnic baskets just got a serious upgrade. Plant-based food company THIS™ is launching two new ready-to-eat (RTE) products: first-to-market THIS™ Isn’t Pork Cocktail Sausages and THIS™ Isn’t Chicken Deli Pieces.

Hitting shelves this month, THIS™ Isn’t Pork Cocktail Sausages (£2.95) and THIS™ Isn’t Chicken Deli Pieces (£3.30) are available on Ocado, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s (Cocktail Sausages only).

Whether you’re working from home, hosting family and friends, or building the ultimate lunchbox, THIS™ is making plant-based eating easier and tastier for life on the go. Ready-to-eat straight from the pack, both products are clean label, and deliver the kind of texture most plant-based brands can only dream of.

Let’s talk about THIS™ Isn’t Pork Cocktail Sausages (140g). The UK’s first and only proper plant-based cocktail sausage has arrived, finally. And spoiler alert – it’s not just the first, it might just be the best. Chunky and juicy, they’re high in protein, low in saturated fat, high in fibre, have zero red traffic lights, and a clean ingredients list you’ll recognise. Thanks to clever protein gelling technology, they deliver a great texture and bite even when cold, making them perfect for lunchboxes, platters, picnics or snaffling straight from the pack.

Then there’s THIS™ Isn’t Chicken Deli Pieces (120g) offering cold-cut-style chicken chunks – without the chicken. Using a cutting-edge culinary approach that recreates the texture of real meat, the pieces deliver a tender bite, while staying true to THIS™’s clean label promise. A high-protein profile and low saturated fat, they’ll be your new go-to for salads, sandwiches or mid-afternoon fridge raids.

Mark Cuddigan, CEO of THIS™, commented: “We’ve reinvented two classic formats, bursting with flavour, high in protein and clean label. We’ve had our eye on the ready-to-eat category for a while now and that meant using the best technology available to deliver a cold-eating texture that’s actually great to eat. We’re here to make plant-based food that everyone wants to eat – whether you’re plant-based, flexi, or just hungry. ”
