Mrs Crimble’s, the gluten-free cakes and bakes brand owned by Ecotone UK, has announced its partnership with breast cancer awareness charity CoppaFeel!.
For Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, the brand is launching eye-catching limited-edition pink packs of its best-selling Double Choc Macaroons.
Along with their pink takeover, packs will also be adorned with the CoppaFeel! Logo and breast illustrations to amplify the campaign message. For the first time, the Mrs Crimble’s character will also wear a pink bra in her trademark cheeky style.
The packs are launching into Tesco and Asda stores nationwide, where they will remain on shelf until December, while stocks last (£1.80 RRP).
The initiative is backed by an upfront donation from Mrs Crimble’s to CoppaFeel!, supporting the charity’s mission to raise vital awareness and encourage young people to check their chests regularly.
Caitlin Moggridge, Mrs Crimble’s Brand Manager at Ecotone UK, says: “We’re proud to be supporting CoppaFeel! in adding an extra dose of pink to our joyful packs. Mrs Crimble’s is a much-loved and trusted free from cake brand, so our aim is to help reach as many people as we can with this vital message.”
Among the rafter of other brands donning pink packaging for the charity include Lurpak, Diet Coke, and Andrex.
Famed for its crumbly coconut macaroons, Mrs Crimble’s is an established gluten-free bakery brand that focuses on bringing colour, fun and vibrancy to the free-from aisle.
