Fireaway Pizza partners with Mollie to power payments across 160+ locations

Fireaway Pizza, the rapidly expanding UK franchise known for its authentic Italian recipes and creative flavour combinations, today announced a new partnership with Mollie, one of Europe’s fastest-growing payment service providers. Through the agreement, Fireaway Pizza will consolidate all online and in-person payments across its 160+ restaurants in the UK and Ireland with Mollie’s unified payments platform.

The collaboration, delivered in partnership with S4D, streamlines operations for Fireaway Pizza franchisees by reducing complexity, improving visibility and enabling significant time and cost savings. By integrating payments into a single system, Fireaway Pizza gains greater control over transactions across its entire estate while offering a more seamless payment experience for customers.

Branden Alexander, CCO at Fireaway Pizza, said: “With Mollie, we’ve consolidated our online and in-person payments across the Fireaway estate, achieving a significant time and cost saving for our franchisees. Mollie’s unified system has provided us with greater insights, control and visibility across franchises.”

Dave Smallwood, UK & Ireland managing director at Mollie, commented on the partnership: “Fireaway Pizza is one of the most dynamic operators in the quick-service restaurant sector, and we’re proud to support their ambitious growth. This partnership reflects our focus on delivering flexible, scalable solutions that reduce complexity for merchants and unlock efficiencies across their businesses.”

The partnership forms part of Mollie’s wider growth strategy in the UK hospitality sector. Following the successful rollout of Tap to Pay on iPhone earlier this year, Mollie has continued to expand its in-person payments offering and new integrations through partners, including S4D. The company is already working with leading brands such as Sushidog, AYBL and Wild Cosmetics, and is accelerating investment to bring more omni-channel solutions to market.
