itsuAsian-inspired restaurant itsu is returning to Bicester Village with a fresh new look after undergoing an extensive refurbishment.

The store, which first opened in 2015, is re-opening its doors on Thursday 5 February from 11am after a month-long renovation.

To mark the occasion, itsu is offering a special treat to customers – a free tray of gyoza – for the first 100 people across the threshold on both Thursday and Friday of the opening week.

The new restaurant – one of 150 stores located in Bicester Village – has had a complete makeover, creating a lighter and brighter dining experience for customers.

As well as an enhanced dining experience, the kitchen has also received an upgrade, ensuring diners can enjoy the finest quality food itsu has to offer – including the newly launched Vitality Glass Noodle Bowl.

The dish features four of itsu’s signature steamed chicken gyoza, served in a veggie miso broth with glass noodles, nutrient-rich vegetables and a sunflower seed topping. Other menu highlights include itsu’s staple sushi, noodle bowls and steamed gyoza.

Alongside the much-loved classics returning, the original staff will also be making a comeback to the newly renovated store, including store manager Cristina Serban.

Cristina said: “It’s amazing to be returning to Bicester Village with our newly updated restaurant. We might have closed our doors for a month, but we’ve been busy behind the scenes ensuring the transformation has gone seamlessly. A lot might have changed, but our selection of nutritious, fast and affordable dishes certainly hasn’t.”

Itsu Bicester Village regular opening hours will be 9am – 7pm, Monday to Saturday and 10am – 7pm on Sunday.

Customers can make the most of itsu’s 50% offer on all sushi items 30 minutes before closing, every day. Other promotions include special offers for itsu app users – including free miso or edamame with your first purchase – 15% off for NHS workers and students, and special rewards for Vitality members.
