Haute Dolci accelerates global growth as consumer appetite for premium desserts soars in the US

Haute DolciLuxury dessert brand Haute Dolci has confirmed its entry into the United States as part of a wider international expansion strategy, selecting Texas as the launchpad for the next phase of its global growth. The brand’s first US location will open in Addison, Dallas, in July, marking a significant step in the brand’s international expansion.

The US launch follows rapid international growth, including the opening of five locations in Lahore, Pakistan within just 18 months and record performance at the brand’s flagship in Kuwait, reinforcing confidence in the portability of Haute Dolci’s premium dessert concept.

Dessert-led, experience-driven hospitality concepts have grown rapidly in recent years, driven by social media culture, premiumisation and consumers seeking experiential dining. Haute Dolci’s US entry forms part of a structured international growth plan for the next five years, designed to capitalise on sustained demand in the growing premium dessert category.

Texas has the second-largest state economy in the United States and remains one of the fastest-growing regions for population and business relocation, making it an increasingly attractive market for international hospitality brands.

Hamzah Alli, director at Haute Dolci, said: “Texas is one of the fastest-growing states in the United States and continues to attract new residents and businesses, particularly within the corporate and technology sectors. That combination of population growth and economic strength creates a very positive environment for hospitality brands. Add to that a vibrant dining culture and an openness to new concepts, and it made Texas a logical starting point for our US expansion.”

The Addison opening will introduce American consumers to Haute Dolci’s immersive dessert dining experience, featuring artisanal patisserie creations, handcrafted beverages and design-led interiors. Haute Dolci’s iconic Matilda Cake will remain its signature dessert, signalling a full-scale brand export rather than a modified US adaptation.

Haute Dolci has committed to opening five locations across Texas within the next three years, establishing a regional foothold before expanding into additional US states as part of its longer-term North American growth strategy. The expansion is expected to contribute to an overall brand compound annual growth rate of around 15–20% over the next five years.

Alli added: “Globally, we’re seeing a clear shift towards premium dessert experiences becoming destinations in their own right rather than simply the end of a meal.”

“Dessert is moving from the final course to the centre of the experience. That shift is creating space for brands built specifically around indulgence, theatre and social occasions – which is exactly where Haute Dolci sits. Texas offers scale, economic resilience and a consumer base that actively seeks elevated dining concepts, making it a natural starting point for our US journey. We are entering with a long-term growth plan and expect the United States to become a significant driver of our global revenue over the next five years.”

“For landlords, franchise partners and investors, the Texas launch demonstrates both the strength of the premium dessert category and Haute Dolci’s disciplined approach to scaling a global brand.”
