Woolf’s Kitchen targets premium global pantry trend with new Chilli Crunch with Avocado Oil

Woolf’s KitchenWoolf’s Kitchen, creators of best-selling Chilli Crunch, has teamed up with Omega Pressery to launch Chilli Crunch with Avocado Oil, a premium, ingredient-led addition to the chilli condiments category.
Although impossible to improve on perfection, this new product is a new take on Woolf’s Kitchen’s ever-popular Chilli Crunch recipe, including Omega Pressery’s avocado oil, creating a distinctive offering that is naturally high in Vitamin E and high in mono-unsaturated fats.
The new product is born through the massive popularity of Chilli Crunch and the desire for another version of this cult classic. Made with 100% natural ingredients and free from artificial additives, Chilli Crunch with Avocado Oil delivers the bold heat, crunch and umami flavour that has made Woolf’s Kitchen Chilli Crunch a standout performer.  The addition of premium avocado oil from Omega Pressery adds further consumer appeal, tapping into the demand for elevated global pantry staples, and delivering trading-up potential within the category.
Born from a mutual appreciation of each other’s products and values, the collaboration unites two award-winning, founder-led brands, both members of Buy Women Built1, with a shared commitment to innovation, entrepreneurship and exceptional quality. At its heart is a dedication to premium ingredients and sustainability, exemplified by Omega Pressery’s work with East African farmers to rescue wonky avocados that might otherwise go to waste.
Dominique Woolf, founder of Woolf’s Kitchen, said: “Customers have always gone crazy for Chilli Crunch, it’s our best-seller by miles, I think there’s even a Facebook group dedicated to its appreciation it’s loved so much! They say you shouldn’t try and improve on perfection, but we might have just gone and done it anyway! We’ve taken our bestselling Chilli Crunch and paired it with Omega Pressery’s avocado oil to create something exciting for both of our communities. This collaboration felt like a natural fit.”
Nikita Dawda, co-founder of Omega Pressery, said: “We’re passionate about creating products that celebrate great ingredients, so partnering with Woolf’s Kitchen was an exciting opportunity. Their award-winning Chilli Crunch has built a loyal following, and together we’ve created a product that brings the strengths of both brands into one jar.”
The launch reflects growing consumer demand for premium pantry staples that combine exceptional flavour with high-quality ingredients to elevate the everyday. According to Waitrose’s Food & Drink Report, 60% of households have at least six condiments in their fridge, and plenty more in their larders2.
Bringing together Woolf’s Kitchen’s expertise in bold Asian flavours and Omega Pressery’s avocado oil, the collaboration demonstrates how challenger brands can innovate by combining their strengths while supporting a more sustainable food system.
