From the 18th of March, ASK Italian’s brand new spring menu will be landing across all 66 of its restaurants, bringing fresh flavours, reimagined classics and trending desserts you’ll be craving for weeks to come (and we won’t blame you).
ASK Italian’s elevated take on classic Italian-inspired dishes shines in the new spring menu, packed with seasonal flavours alongside timeless fan favourites that go beyond pizza and pasta— will be sure to impress all diners. Those who visit will be greeted with ASK Italian’s warm amici welcome before settling in to enjoy the highly anticipated new offering.
ASK Italian’s Spring menu drop promises something for everyone, offering the perfect place for Mother’s Day and Easter celebrations, as well as long-overdue catch ups and date nights.
Be whisked away to Italy with the Pesto Stracciatella Tagliatelle – ASK Italian’s new signature pasta dish, with frilly tagliatelle in a velvety pesto sauce with green beans, topped with stracciatella cheese (the creamy part inside Burrata) and a sprinkle of toasted pine nuts.
For those who are obsessing over pistachio, look no further than the new White Chocolate & Pistachio Tart. A crisp buttery biscuit base topped with caramelised pistachio and white chocolate ganache, served with a decadent drizzle of toffee sauce.
ASK Italian’s signature cocktail and spritz range has also had a spring glow-up with the new Matcha Tiramisu cocktail — an indulgent must-try as the matcha trend continues to dominate. Meanwhile, the Sarti Pink Spritz is the perfect tipple to enjoy as those longer, brighter evenings roll in. A refreshing fruity aperitivo inspired cocktail with hints of mango, passion fruit and blood orange, made with traditional Sarti Rosa, crisp Prosecco and a splash of soda water. Bellissimo!

All ASK Italian’s pizza dough is created with 100% of Wildfarmed’s regenerative flour, offering a dough that’s better for people, planet, and plate. With a 50% reduction in the carbon footprint and a focus on soil health, ASK Italian’s dough is treading a little lighter on the planet.
