The people asked, and Bangers delivered – again! The much- loved delivery concept is launching their first breakfast bar in Shoreditch. Opening on 19th April, Bangers will be bringing smashed sausage® sandwiches, Bloody Marys, Allpress coee, breakfast tunes, AND MORE to their first permanent site.
At Bangers, smashed sausage® sarnies will be flying out the door, Bloody Marys will be flowing, breakfast tunes will be spinning all day, and for those who fancy taking it easy there will be plenty of seats for dine-ins, with the finest barista-made coee in town in collaboration with Allpress roastery.
The home of smashed sausage®, expect all the Bangers classics and some new additions they’ve been working tirelessly on. All made with the absolute best produce.
Breakfast sandwiches will be the headliner, including their signature ORIGINAL – made with smashed free-range pork sausage, fried Clarence Court egg, melted Red Leicester slice and a choice of homemade sauce. Other highlights include the B.E.C packed with free-range maple bacon, and the VEGGIE, featuring Symplicity smashed plant-based sausage. All sandwiches will come with a choice of freshly baked brioche bun or toasted English Mun.
But Bangers isn’t just about sandwiches. The sides are next level. Think crispy hash browns, homemade baked beans, and specialty pots like Banger & Beans or buttery scrambled Egg Pots. New additions include ultimate breakfast smoothies, seasonal yoghurt pots, and vegan-friendly overnight oats. What’s more, all of their sauces are homemade in small batches from scratch. Think fresh ketchups, house brown sauce and chilli jams.
Committed to sustainability, Bangers works closely with select suppliers to ensure the highest quality produce and full traceability in their supply chain. Partnering with London’s leading free-range & organic butchers, Lidgates, using freshly baked bread from Spence Bakery, and sourcing fresh eggs from Clarence Court, Bangers guarantees breakfast heaven in every bite.
In-store will also be a breakfast deli, oering homemade products and essentials to take home and enjoy. From the infamous Bangers beans to homemade sauces and award-winning free-range maple bacon.
“At Bangers, we’re all about delivering an unforgettable breakfast experience,” said founders Will Rhys and Will Mogoseanu. “We realised that breakfast was, almost always, an afterthought for the current quick-service operators in London, so we set out to change that and
do breakfast better than anyone else. We’ve spent countless hours perfecting our menu, sourcing the finest ingredients, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that will keep our guests coming back for more.” For the opening weekend, Bangers will be oering 100 free breakfast sandwiches, every day.
