s Tuscan Tree non-alcoholic aperitivo rangeTuscan Tree, the premium non-alcoholic aperitivo range, has launched in the UK with Berry Bros. & Rudd Brands as distributor and global brand partner, securing an exclusive M&S listing for its Cloudy Elderflower expression from 23rd September 2026.

The three-strong range comprises Blood Orange, Limoncello and Cloudy Elderflower, each below 0.5% ABV and carrying a recommended selling price of £15 per 70cl bottle. Combining real fruit juice distillates, Italian sparkling wine flavour and a complex blend of natural flavours.  Tuscan Tree has been developed to bring the flavour and occasion of the Italian aperitivo to the low-and-no category.

M&S will initially introduce the non-alcoholic Cloudy Elderflower aperitivo across stores nationally, responding to the popularity of the Hugo Spritz and bringing the floral expression to shoppers ahead of the Christmas gifting and entertaining season.

Its arrival at M&S responds to the popularity of the Hugo Spritz, bringing an elegant elderflower-led option to the Christmas drinks cabinet. With mindful drinking at its heart, Tuscan Tree offers the flavour and ritual of the Italian aperitivo for those moderating their alcohol intake. Cloudy Elderflower is below 0.5% ABV, and a 200ml serve made with 50ml Tuscan Tree and 150ml light mixer contains just 32 calories and 8g of sugar. The appeal is to elevate the non-alcoholic drinking occasion: a generous glass, plenty of ice, a fresh garnish and a moment to catch up before sitting down to eat.

The listing forms part of a wider distribution strategy through Berry Bros. & Rudd Brands, covering UK retail and on-line channels, alongside select international markets. Additional listings are in development with new stockists and retail listings in store and online across the country.

Inspired by the orchards of north-west Italy and the tradition of the aperitivo hour, Tuscan Tree takes its flavour cues from classic Italian aperitifs. Production draws on fruits including Amalfi lemons and Sicilian blood oranges, with individual distillates undergoing alcohol removal before blending and bottling. Blended with real sparkling wine flavour and other natural flavours, building the refreshing, bittersweet character of the finished drink.

The presentation reinforces the range’s vintage Italian botanical illustration label style. Tall, clear glass bottles feature vintage botanical illustrations, Tuscan countryside scenes and gold-coloured label borders, with distinct colours identifying each expression. Limoncello pairs bright yellow liquid with lemon illustrations; Blood Orange combines a vivid orange-red appearance with citrus imagery; and Cloudy Elderflower features leafy green detailing, an elderflower illustration and a pale, cloudy liquid.

For retailers, the M&S launch brings a seasonal opportunity spanning gifts for hosts, festive drinks selections and home entertaining. The bottle design gives Cloudy Elderflower a clear gifting story alongside its use as an ingredient for spritzes.

For hospitality operators, Tuscan Tree offers a simple serve for restaurant aperitivo menus, hotel bars, receptions and festive events. The recommended preparation combines 50ml Tuscan Tree with 150ml soda or tonic to activate the spritz flavours, served in a large, ice-filled copa glass and finished with an orange, lemon or lime garnish.

Each 70cl bottle provides 14 × 50ml large measures, giving operators a straightforward basis for calculating serve costs. The range can also be paired with regular Prosecco to make an alcoholic spritz, while Blood Orange offers a base for developing non-alcoholic Negroni-style cocktails.

Tuscan Tree is all naturally flavoured, vegan-friendly and contains no artificial flavours or sweeteners.

Tim Davies, Head of Off Trade at Berry Bros. & Rudd Brands UK, said: “We are excited about the launch of Tuscan Tree and we are focused on building a brand which has long-term relevance within the Low and No category.”

Beautifully presented and simple to serve, Tuscan Tree non-alcoholic Cloudy Elderflower is a gift to open, pour and enjoy together.
