Black Sheep Coffee is continuing its UK expansion with a major new opening at Derbion Shopping Centre, Derby on 7th July 2026.
Located within one of the East Midlands’ largest retail destinations, the new store occupies a standout position opposite the centre’s cinema and just moments from the busy food court, placing Black Sheep Coffee at the heart of Derbion’s all-day footfall – from shoppers and families to students and evening visitors.
The large-format site has been designed to serve Derby’s varied customer base, offering a high-energy space for everything from morning coffee runs and study breaks to catch-ups, work meetings and pre-cinema pick-me-ups. With one of the UK’s largest universities based in the city, the opening further reflects Black Sheep Coffee’s focus on vibrant, youth-led locations with strong Gen Z appeal.
Designed as an all-day destination, the store will feature Black Sheep Coffee’s signature graffiti-inspired interiors and energetic atmosphere, creating a versatile environment suited to everything from quick coffee stops and takeaway lunches to study sessions, cinema visits and evening catch-ups.
The Derbion store will serve the full Black Sheep Coffee menu, including 100% specialty-grade Robusta coffee, ceremonial-grade matcha, freshly made Norwegian waffles, all-day breakfast and premium bakery items.
