Negroni WeekCampari, Italy’s iconic red aperitif, and Imbibe Magazine are once again joining forces for the 13th annual Negroni Week. The global event, running from September 22-28, 2025, will bring together bars and restaurants around the world to celebrate the iconic cocktail and support its official charitable partner, Slow Food. Celebrating the power of storytelling through creative mixology with Campari at its heart, Negroni Week 2025 will see more than 1,800 venues in the UK confirmed to participate, bringing Negroni Week to Campari lovers nationwide.

In 2024, over 13,000 bars and restaurants across nearly 90 countries participated in Negroni Week, helping raise a combined $600,000 which has supported an educational scholarship awarded to 24 industry professionals and 17 community-based projects around the world.

For Negroni Week 2025, the Negroni Week Fund will continue to be distributed by Slow Food to directly support the hospitality community in helping preserve cultural and biological diversity, promoting food and beverage education with knowledge exchange, and fostering equity and wellness.

Celebrating mixology culture across bar and restaurant partners, Campari has further extended its commitment to supporting Negroni Week’s charitable goals by inspiring bartenders and consumers to craft their own stories around the red heart of the world’s best-selling classic cocktail*. Across the UK, more than 1,800 partner venues will be participating, with activities ranging from creative Negroni menus to guest bartender takeovers.

Highlights include the launch of five official Negroni Lounges at leading venues such as Equal Parts on Hackney Road — recently named the UK’s No.1 bar — and Bar Brasso, chef Robin Gill’s new Milanese concept in Nine Elms. They will be joined by Nessa in Soho, Bar Jackie at the Broadwick Hotel, and Nightjar Carnaby. Each lounge will offer bespoke Negroni menus, live music, and artistic collaborations, forming part of a city-wide art trail where consumers can collect a limited amount of exclusive prints by artist Lena Yokoyama with the purchase of a Negroni.

Mattia Carlozzo, Head of Marketing – House of Aperitifs, commented: “We are very proud to be part of such a great project supporting a fair and sustainable future for the hospitality and beverage industry through the Slow Food Negroni Fund. We confirm our strong and successful partnership with Imbibe for the 13th edition of Negroni Week, taking place in September 2025. This activation allows us to celebrate the success of one of the most iconic cocktails, Negroni, while contributing to a charitable cause and supporting the beverage industry with innovative and community-based projects, networking, and scholarships. We couldn’t envision a better way to further strengthen the link between Negroni and Campari. Together with Imbibe, we raise our glasses to another successful Negroni Week!”
