Leading mobility retailer CareCo have shared updates on its HQ and distribution centre. Located in Braintree, Essex, the new 90,000sq ft build will be a modern three-floor office that includes a call centre, canteen, and break out rooms for staff.
All the external scaffolding has now been taken down and landscaping work is currently underway to restore the buildings surroundings.
Inside, the warehouse racking is nearly complete, underfloor heating has been installed in the atrium and CareCo are now in the advanced stages of fit-out.
CareCo has worked with ROSE to bring their vision to life, and Inside Out Group have provided the imagery below.
