Chilly’s raises the bar in premium hydration with launch of Series 3 Flip

Chilly’s has unveiled the Series 3 Flip, the latest addition to its premium hydration range, reinforcing its position in one of the fastest evolving and strongest performing categories within reusable drinkware.

Available in 1L (£48) and 500ml (£40), the new insulated straw bottle reflects changing consumer expectations around hydration products, with shoppers increasingly seeking products that deliver technical performance, considered design and long-term durability.

Premium hydration remains one of the strongest performing categories within reusable products, as consumers continue to trade up for products that combine longevity, sustainability and design. At the same time, growing awareness around daily hydration has shifted expectations of what a reusable bottle should deliver. Products that remove friction from drinking more water, while fitting seamlessly into modern lifestyles, continue to drive innovation across the category.

The Series 3 Flip has been developed in response to those changing behaviours.

At the heart of the launch is a significant improvement in thermal performance. The Series 3 Flip 1L keeps drinks cold for up to 75 hours, while the 500ml bottle maintains cold temperatures for up to 45 hours. In a premium market where many insulated bottles typically claim between 24 and 30 hours of cold retention, the new Series 3 Flip offers a compelling performance proposition.

As reusable bottles continue to evolve from functional accessories into everyday lifestyle products, consumers are investing in versatile solutions that move effortlessly between commuting, work, fitness and outdoor pursuits. Designed for hybrid lifestyles, the Series 3 Flip combines technical insulation with everyday practicality, offering one bottle for everything from the office to multi-day hikes, camping trips and festivals.

The launch comes as the premium hydration category continues to expand, with brands including Owala, Stanley, Hydro Flask and YETI helping shape consumer demand through innovation and design. Chilly’s latest launch differentiates itself through a combination of exceptional thermal retention and practical product engineering, reinforcing the brand’s focus on meaningful performance improvements.

Alongside its insulation credentials, the Series 3 Flip introduces a series of refinements informed by everyday consumer needs, including:

  • 100% leak-proof construction

  • BPA-free drinking surface with antimicrobial additive
  • Soft-touch carry loop
  • Silent rubber base
  • Construction using 90% recycled steel

The use of recycled steel reflects growing demand for products that balance premium performance with more considered material choices, without compromising durability or longevity.

As consumers increasingly consolidate purchases around fewer, higher-quality products, innovation within hydration is extending beyond aesthetics towards engineering, materials and user experience. The Series 3 Flip has been designed to eliminate the need for multiple bottles, combining outdoor-grade performance with a refined design suited to everyday life.

Andrea Moore, marketing director at Chilly’s, said: “The premium hydration category continues to evolve as consumers expect more from the products they use every day. They’re looking for products that fit seamlessly into busy lives, last longer and deliver genuine performance. The Series 3 Flip has been designed around those expectations, combining market-leading cold retention with thoughtful design details that make staying hydrated easier wherever the day takes you.”

The Chilly’s Series 3 Flip is available now in 1L (£48) and 500ml (£40).
