ChipotleChipotle Mexican Grill is turning up the heat on its 2026 menu, announcing the return of the highly requested Chicken al Pastor, for a limited time. This marks the brand’s second menu innovation in the UK this year, signalling an accelerated focus to its British fan base.

Available from Tuesday 10th February, the fan -favourite protein; last available in 2024, makes its comeback after thousands of fans on social media called for its return. Prepared daily in small batches, Chicken al Pastor features freshly grilled chicken in a rich marinade of seared morita
peppers and ground achiote, balanced with a splash of pineapple, and finished with fresh lime and hand -chopped coriander.

The return of Chicken al Pastor highlights a new pace for Chipotle’s UK menu. By moving faster to introduce new and returning favourites, the brand is keeping its offerings fresh and exciting for its growing UK customer base.

‘‘Our team is focused on delivering new flavour experiences that are delicious and on -trend,” said Nevielle Panthaky, vice president of culinary at Chipotle. “Chicken al Pastor’s comeback is just a preview of what’s in store this year at Chipotle.’’

For the first time, guests can also get their protein fix with the High Protein Cup with Chicken al Pastor.
