ChipotleChipotle Mexican Grill is turning up the heat on its 2026 menu, announcing the return of the highly requested Chicken al Pastor, for a limited time. This marks the brand’s second menu innovation in the UK this year, signalling an accelerated focus to its British fan base.

Available from Tuesday 10th February, the fan -favourite protein; last available in 2024, makes its comeback after thousands of fans on social media called for its return. Prepared daily in small batches, Chicken al Pastor features freshly grilled chicken in a rich marinade of seared morita
