ColliersColliers’ central London retail team has advised the landlord at 54 Regent Street, London, in securing Fanatics Collectibles as the new occupier of the 8,500 sq ft unit. Situated in the heart of one of London’s most iconic shopping districts, at the junction of Regent Street and Piccadilly Circus, the site will serve as the brand’s first permanent global flagship store.

The store officially opened on 26 April 2025, with seven-time Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton cutting the ribbon alongside Michael Rubin, CEO of Fanatics. The launch event drew thousands of fans and sports collectors, and brought Regent St to a standstill, highlighting the brand’s global appeal and the significance of its presence on one of the capital’s most iconic shopping streets.

Paul Souber, head of Colliers’ central London retail team, who handled the letting, commented: “We are thrilled to have played a role in bringing Fanatics to this landmark location. Regent Street’s global retail status made it a natural fit for the brand’s flagship debut. The opening not only marks a major milestone for Fanatics Collectibles but also reinforces the ongoing strength of London’s West End in attracting international brands committed to creating immersive, experience-led retail destinations.”

The store showcases a wide range special edition sports memorabilia, collectibles, clothing, and trading cards which can generate millions for rare additions together with a social media / podcast studio, offering fans a premium, interactive shopping experience. The fit-out includes exclusive product displays, collector stations, and experiential retail elements designed to engage both casual shoppers and dedicated collectors.

Fanatics were represented by JLL.
