Today, Costa Coffee has opened its fourth store at Manchester Airport following an investment of more than £500,000. Located within Terminal 3 Arrivals, the opening has created 16 new jobs and provides passengers with another convenient way to enjoy the Nation’s Favourite Coffee Shop while travelling.
Open daily from 6am until midnight, the new store provides a welcoming space for customers to relax and refuel. The store offers Costa Coffee’s full range of handcrafted hot and iced beverages – including the brand-new Maple Hazel range, alongside freshly baked pastries, sweet treats and savoury food options.
Designed with convenience in mind, the store features touchscreen ordering kiosks and comfortable indoor seating, making it easy for customers to grab a coffee on the go, take a moment to unwind after their journey or wait for their loved ones.
Kate Stirling, area manager at Costa Coffee, said: “Manchester Airport connects millions of people with destinations across the UK and beyond, so we’re proud to be expanding our presence and bringing Costa Coffee to even more travellers. Whether customers are arriving home or meeting friends and family, our team of 16 talented baristas look forward to welcoming everyone with great coffee, quality food and the friendly service we’re known for.”
Richard Jackson, Retail Director at Manchester Airport, said: “We’re proud to serve the North, connecting people with the places they want to go to and offering a top-class passenger experience. That’s why we’re making a multi-million pound investment in improving Terminal 3 and it’s great to see a brand-new Costa Coffee unit opening in Arrivals, enhancing the experience for our passengers and providing them with even more options for some light refreshment as they begin their visit to the UK or return home from their getaways.”
That’s not all, customers travelling with easyJet, Jet2 and Aer Lingus from Manchester Airport can also enjoy Costa Coffee in the air, with a selection of hot drinks available onboard that have been developed specifically to taste great at altitude.
The new opening reflects Costa Coffee’s continued investment in Greater Manchester, marking the brand’s sixth new store opening in the county this year, with the most recent Drive Thru store opening in Hattersley Retail Park earlier this month. With a further four stores set to open before the end of 2026, including a new store at Manchester Piccadilly Station, the investment reflects Costa Coffee’s continued commitment to serving customers across the region.
The new Costa Coffee store is now open in Terminal 3 Arrivals, serving customers from 6am to midnight, seven days a week.
