Dune London, the iconic fashion footwear brand has taken a significant leap forward in its CX strategy by implementing OneStock, Europe’s leading Order Management System (OMS), after close consultation with digital commerce agency Tryzens. The strategic move will propel Dune London to the forefront of omnichannel retailing, offering unparalleled customer experiences, and creating many operational efficiencies.

Recognising the evolving needs of the modern shopper, Dune London has embarked on a journey to revolutionise and redefine its retail operations across online and offline channels, to provide a fully omnichannel experience for its customers.

Andy Grainger, digital director at Dune London, comments: “In today’s fast-paced retail environment, staying ahead of customer expectations is key. Our collaboration with OneStock and Tryzens enables us to create a seamless and personalised shopping journey for our customers. It’s more than an operational upgrade; it’s a step towards realising our vision of offering a truly omnichannel experience.”

During the digital growth journey, there are milestones in which businesses need to invest in the right technologies to unlock the next stages in their roadmap. For Dune London, that next step was a robust Order Management System to optimise and enhance broad areas of business operations.

This commitment to technological advancement aligns with the goal of enhancing the brand’s ability to deliver best-in-class omnichannel experiences. By implementing OneStock OMS, Dune gains access to a comprehensive set of tools that are tailored towards facilitating the needs of modern retail.

These tools bring a host of benefits to the fore, in particular the ability to streamline store fulfilment operations, leveraging inventory data for efficient order processing directly from stores. Dune can now utilise its entire store estate as a fulfilment channel, maximising efficiency and turning its physical stores into key assets in its omnichannel strategy.

The implementation of OneStock’s OMS marks a pivotal moment in Dune London’s digital growth journey, offering significant enhancements across various facets of the business. Joe Till, Sales Director at OneStock explains “This strategic initiative allows us to not only help Dune London streamline its internal processes to improve order management, store fulfilment and operational efficiencies, but also empowers their store teams to drive sales.”

Andy Burton, CEO at Tryzens, comments: “Working closely with Dune London on its digital growth strategy, we recognised that Order Management would be a critical enabler for their business operations and customer experience. OneStock’s comprehensive functionality meets the challenges of modern retail, supporting the entire order lifecycle and making it the ideal solution to take the iconic footwear brand’s omnichannel capabilities to the next level. The successful implementation marks a major milestone in our partnership with Dune London, and we are excited to continue supporting them in their digital transformation journey.”
