Food creator JULIENNE BRUNO® announces Ocado.com as the first supermarket to launch its full range nationwide

JULIENNE BRUNOJULIENNE BRUNO®, the creative food developer on its continued mission to  produce the most coveted ingredients for chefs and home cooks, is delighted to announce its listing on  Ocado.com, the world’s largest dedicated online supermarket.

Founder of JULIENNE BRUNO®, Axel Katalan comments: “This is a dream come true. When we set  out to build the JULIENNE BRUNO® brand, Ocado Retail was on the top of our aspirational list and thus we  are so proud to announce this landmark partnership with them. We believe that plant-based food is the most  exciting area in gastronomy and our listing on Ocado.com means that we are one step closer to making our  products easily accessible to customers across the UK and as part of their weekly shop!”

As appetite for vegan alternatives increases,  JULIENNE BRUNO® is a great addition to our wide range of products on Ocado, helping our customers get  their hands on some delicious cheese alternatives as part of their regular food shop.”

Founded in 2020 by Axel Katalan, a food lover passionate about recreating the boundless eating experiences one usually has with dairy and meat options, JULIENNE BRUNO®’s aim is not to imitate or compare. Instead,  the brand offers a different perspective on plant-based food, creating familiar but new products for people to  enjoy due to the quality of them, not because they’re vegan.

‘Collection 01’, which is now available to purchase on Ocado.com, includes three dairy-free cheeses: the award winning* BURRELLA® with a delicate bite and creamy interior, the lightly whipped CREMATTA™ and  SUPERSTRACCIA® with rich creamy curds. Created in fresh batches each week in-house, the cheeses are  made using organic soya (the protein) and coconut oil (the fat) and are naturally fermented through a bespoke  system, which has been perfected over the past two and a half years. The sourcing, processing, packing and shipping of all of the products takes place under one roof – aptly named ‘Kitchen 01’. Inspired by classics, each  product has been given a name that’s easily recognisable but also allows it to establish its own identity.
