Foot Locker updates FLX Membership Program, an enhanced sneaker shopping experience in Europe

Foot Locker Foot Locker today announces the unveiling of the updated FLX Membership Program, an enhanced sneaker shopping experience in Europe. The loyalty program transformation champions community engagement and follows the rollout of Foot Locker’s enhanced FLX Rewards Program introduced in 2024 across the U.S.

Informed by extensive consumer insights, the enhanced FLX Membership Program boasts several new and improved benefits, including more exclusive offers and enriched rewards, an updated FLX Cash redemption journey for members to apply discounts to purchases, a simplified tiered membership structure, a transformed in-store sign up process for easier enrollment and more.

“Following the U.S. rollout of the FLX Rewards Program in 2024, we’re thrilled to introduce an improved FLX Membership Program to our customers across Europe,” said Slavka Jancikova, Vice President of Marketing at Foot Locker, Europe. “This enhanced program is designed to strengthen our connection with our customers and reinforce Foot Locker’s position in sneaker culture by delivering greater value, deeper personalization and exclusive benefits.”

To celebrate the launch of the FLX Membership Program. Foot Locker is offering several exclusive member benefits and rewards, such as:

  • Automatic FLX Cash: All active and newly enrolled members will receive €10 FLX Cash to use on their next purchase. Members can redeem the offer in their FLX Dashboard and the reward will remain valid for 30 days after redeeming.
  • Experiences & Prizes: In collaboration with several brand partners, Foot Locker will offer exciting rewards and experiences for members to enter for a chance to win.
  • Launch Events: Members can look out for information around upcoming in-store launch events which will feature activations, sneaker drops and more.

“The FLX Membership Program is more than a loyalty program,” said Stephanie Bleymaier, vice president, loyalty & CRM at Foot Locker. “It is a global platform that provides exclusive benefits and access to create meaningful opportunities that invite members to embrace their unique style and voice. The enhanced FLX Membership Program celebrates individuality and creativity, empowering customers to continue to define and drive sneaker culture forward.”

Joining the FLX Membership Program is free and requires no purchase. Access to sign up is available in-store, online or via the mobile app.
