Game-changing new unflavoured nicotine pouch launches in the UK

Swedish nicotine brand KLARSwedish nicotine brand KLAR, developed by bioceramic laboratory Emplicure, launches BLANK – an unflavoured nicotine pouch that uses patented bioceramic technology to deliver a faster and more efficient nicotine experience.

Developed using Emplicure’s SERATEK® calcium-compound granulate technology, BLANK offers a smoother, more controlled nicotine release – without added flavours. The result is a clean, precise, and consistent experience designed for adult nicotine users who prefer simplicity.

Clinical findings from Emplicure show that KLAR’s 3mg pouch delivers a 25% greater kick than a cellulose-based 6mg pouch in the first 5 minutes of use, while still enabling consumers to lower their overall nicotine intake by 40%, over an average 24-minute session. Available in three strengths – Regular (3mg), Strong (6mg), and Extra Strong (9mg) – each unbleached pouch provides a soft, comfortable fit and a long-lasting experience of up to 45 minutes.

Commenting on the launch of BLANK, Tomas Hammargren, chief risk reduction officer at KLAR, said: “With BLANK, we wanted to offer something genuinely new – a pure, neutral pouch for users who want focus without flavour. Our research shows we can deliver the same nicotine kick as higher-strength pouches, but with about half the nicotine content of many leading brands. BLANK represents the next step in making nicotine experiences cleaner, more efficient, and backed by science.”

BLANK is available in the UK through selected retailers and online via Haypp.com, as well as through KLAR’s distribution partners Vapeshop.com, AquaVape.com, Ecigwizard.com, and Vapemate.co.uk.

Independent from the tobacco industry, KLAR combines Emplicure’s scientific expertise with a focus on quality, safety, and innovation. The brand continues to pioneer next-generation nicotine products designed to offer adult users better, more responsible alternatives.

Looking ahead to 2026, KLAR plans to expand into key European markets while introducing a new flavour range built on its clean, science-led approach to nicotine delivery.
