Gemima,Gemima, a diamond and design house founded by Gemima Macdonald, celebrates a decade in diamonds by debuting its first store in the UK, located in Wandsworth Town,  South West London opening on the 17th of May.

Gemima is a female founded fine jewellery house, handcrafting every piece in the private London workshop, specialising in bespoke engagement rings and jewellery design with exclusively sourced natural diamonds. Gemima specialises in designs with a fusion of contemporary-chic and traditional, bridging the space between Bond Street and demi-fine jewellery. Signature designs can be crafted to order, infused with each client’s personal touch.

The store, which will operate by appointment only, is a destination to discover diamonds and allow customers to design their dream jewellery away from the noise of busy central London. To celebrate the milestone of a decade in business; Gemima, the gemologist, designer and diamond guru opens her first store snuggled into the high street of Wandsworth Town. The ground floor, designed to feel like Gemima’s home, is a welcoming daylight drenched sanctuary with an intimate snug for wedding ring appointments and pret-a-porter collections, a haven for secret missions, a relaxed space for unrushed details and diamond discoveries.  The store will also be launching their Gem Bar, a tasting and design lounge on the lower ground floor designed to host Gemima’s trademarked event, Diamond Tasting. A masterclass pairing rare and natural diamonds to wine and champagne unveiling industry tips and tricks for collecting and buying.

The brands first store opening will also unveil a new collection – A Diamond Summer; a curated soiree of sunset stones, from iced rosés to golden hour champagnes, a unique spread of rare diamonds in playfully-contemporary designs inspired by Ibiza where Gemima first sparked her idea of her own jewellery house 10 years ago. The collection for men and women offers limited edition ‘diamond tattoos’, in the sun, they’re perfectly colourless, but at night, they’re party diamonds, fluorescing in the party lights, a true magical display of the power of natural diamonds. Designed with 9k gold with natural diamonds in a variety of styles from pinky rings, earrings, body chains and for men beaded bracelets and charms. Pricing starts from £460 to £60k for limited edition designs.
