Alcohol-free beer brand Clean Break has launched a limited-edition Christmas cracker gift pack (filled with 3-cans of its 0.5% Progression Pale Ale) to allow people to give the gift of a clean break from the booze this December.
Clean Break is an award-winning alcohol-free beer created by founder Rich Casement after a career spanning 25 years within the alcohol drinks industry. In 2021, Rich went alcohol-free and set out on a mission to normalize the choice to not drink alcohol whilst supporting others looking to take a “clean break” by inspiring them to seek opportunity and adventure in their own lives through activities such as running and walking.
According to the “low & no 2023” report by KAM insight; a massive 5.2m fewer adults are drinking alcohol weekly compared to 2021 and a huge 1 in 3 visits to the pub are now not alcohol based. NHS statistics also reveal the number of young people choosing not to drink alcohol is on the rise, with the latest figures showing there are now more non-drinkers in their late teens and twenties than at any point in the last decade. 38% of 16 to 24-year-olds and 21% of 25 to 34-year-olds in England either do not drink or have not drunk in the last 12 months.
Rich said “my vision has always been to normalize the conversation around not drinking alcohol – why is it frowned upon to have an alcohol-free drink during your Christmas meal? Or why do people feel peer-pressured into drinking alcohol at their office Christmas party just to feel accepted? The greatest gift you can give someone this Christmas, is the gift of a clean break from the booze.”
Customers can now pre-order the limited-edition cracker gift through visiting the Clean Break website, it’s the perfect secret Santa gift! (www.cleanbreakbrewing.com).
