Hermanos Colombian Coffee Roasters, an independent coffee company founded by brothers Victor, Santiago Gamboa and friend Adnan Millwala, is thrilled to announce the launch of their Kickstarter campaign. With no external investors, Hermanos is turning to its amazing community to help fund their expansion, bringing the vibrant culture and exquisite craft of Colombian specialty coffee to even more people.

The journey so far
Hermanos was born out of a deep love for Colombian culture, community, and craft. Since their first pop-up in Walthamstow in 2018, the team has grown, sharing the warmth and originality of Colombia through specialty coffee. Today, Hermanos operates nine coffee shops in iconic London locations such as Victoria Station, Kings Cross Station, and Portobello Road, alongside a thriving e-commerce platform delivering freshly roasted, single-origin coffees to customers’ doorsteps worldwide.

Commitment to quality and sustainability
At Hermanos, quality and sustainability go hand in hand. By fostering direct-trade relationships with Colombian coffee farmers, the company supports local communities, ensures consistent quality, and provides full traceability of their products. Hermanos’ close partnership with Santander-based coffee farmer Felix Torres, whose family’s coffee was introduced to international markets for the first time in three generations, is just one example of their commitment. Purchasing Felix’s entire crop provided him with a stable income and saw his coffee sold internationally for the first time in three generations. In July 2023, Hermanos flew Felix to London so he could see customers enjoying his coffee for the first time with his own eyes.
