Honest Burgers collaborates with Heinz to create limited-edition Chilli Bite Ketchup

Honest BurgersHonest Burgers has collaborated with leading household name Heinz for an exclusive partnership to launch a disruptive, flavour-first collaboration using their new, limited-edition Chilli Bite Ketchup. The collaboration combines Honest’s burger creativity with Heinz’s iconic status and flavour expertise delivering an innovative, taste experience designed to excite new and existing burger fans.

To celebrate the partnership and just in time for Halloween, Honest Burgers have created the Chilli Con Carnage burger featuring a distinctive black bun and including a choice of protein options from ‘Double Smashed Beef’, ‘Classic Beef’ or ‘Honest Fried Chicken’. The limited-edition burger is topped with homemade chilli con carne, pickled guindilla pepper, American cheese, tomato, white onion, pickles and Heinz Chilli Bite Ketchup, bringing a medium level of heat for the for the perfect balance of flavour and spice.

Adrian Cook, Managing Director of Honest Burgers added: “At Honest, we’re all about brilliant burger experiences and great flavours. Heinz’s sauce perfectly complements the way we build our burgers. This collaboration is all about bringing together two brands that aren’t afraid of being innovative and we’re excited to give our customers something new to enjoy this October.”

Developed withHonest Burgers, Home of National Burger of the Year 2026, the limited-edition collaboration sauce has been expertly blended by Heinz to pair perfectly with beef through to fried chicken, inviting customers at Honest and those at home to squeeze, slather and spread it on their favourite burger. The sauce is made with tomatoes, paprika, onions, and a hint of chilli, making it deliciously sweet and smoky with a kick.

We’re excited to collaborate on their October special in time for Halloween featuring our new limited-edition Heinz Chilli Bite Ketchup, giving burger fans something new to look forward to, and a delicious way to enjoy the unmistakable taste of Heinz, now with a little extra bite,” saiid Tom Franklin, UK&I away from home director, Heinz UK.

Honest x Heinz Chilli Con Carnage burger and Carnage Loaded Chips will be available to taste at all restaurant branches nationwide for an exclusive period from 6th October to 2nd November, with Heinz Chilli Bite Ketchup also available on tabletops for customers to add an extra kick to their burgers and chips. The ketchup will also be available to purchase in select supermarkets from 29th September.
