Independent female-led fashion brand, Minka Dink London, to open third pop-up on King’s Road

Minka Dink London, an independent female-led fashion brand creating timeless, versatile clothing that stands the test of time, is opening its third pop-up starting on Saturday 29th March, on the King’s Road for three weeks.

Founded by Minnie Royden in 2021, each piece is thoughtfully designed by Royden herself, with the aim that all products can be worn for any occasion; beach, pub, work etc. The focus is on helping you feel effortlessly stylish, ensuring you always feel and look your best.

Royden said: “We design stylish, adaptable pieces that can be worn in multiple ways, seamlessly fitting into your daily life. We believe that great style should be effortless and a great outfit has the power to make everyone feel the best version of themselves.

“I started Minka Dink from my university bedroom at 21 years old while studying Politics at Exeter. After graduating, I began a corporate role in London, with Minka Dink as a side hustle. Nine months later, I made the decision to take on the business full time. In all honesty, launching a fashion brand was never part of the plan for me, but it has been the best decision I have ever made.

“As the main designer for all our collections, I keep my design process very simple – I create pieces that I am looking for in my wardrobe but can never find at an affordable price and that I really believe will take you from season to season.

“I hope my journey inspires others that you don’t need a traditional background to build something truly special, just a love for what you do, hard work and a willingness to embrace every challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow.”

Three brand pillars

Minka Dink London has three brand pillars at the core of its strategy:

1) TIMELESS STYLE

We don’t follow ever-changing trends; instead, we focus on creating clothing with timeless appeal. Our designs are made to last for years, reducing the need for constant wardrobe updates.

2) VALUE FOR MONEY

We believe that quality and longevity are the key to great value. Our designs are intended to be trans-seasonal, so you can wear them year- round and get the most out of every purchase.

3) VERSATILITY

Versatility is at the heart of our design process. We see huge value in versatile clothing, and we want you to get the most out of each Minka Dink piece in your wardrobe. Our products can all be dressed up or down and styled in multiple ways to suit any occasion.

Best selling products

THE LILA JEANS

The best selling jeans feature a low rise waistband and wide leg design. The Lila Jeans are made in dark wash denim with contrast stitching making them jeans totally unique. £95 XS-XXL

THE BIBI BLOUSE

Made from the softest muslin cotton. The Bibi blouse features a Peter Pan Collar, a red contrast stitch and finished with Mother of Pearl Buttons, making the most beautiful blouse. £62 XS-XXL

THE EVIE CARDIGAN AND SCARF

Crafted from a classic alpaca yarn, the Evie cardigan offers a relaxed fit with slightly looser knitting technique. A more relaxed feel while maintaining the same high quality and style you all know and love. The Evie Cardigans feature the same beautiful mother-of-pearl buttons as the rest of our knitwear and blouses, making them the perfect addition to any wardrobe. Pair with the matching Evie Scarf.

Biggest pop-up to date

The King’s Road pop-up will be the brand’s biggest to date, featuring numerous events and sponsors.

The first drop of the SS25 collection will be available in store on Saturday 29th March for the duration of pop-up.

According to Minka Dink London, the inspiration behind drop one of this collection was to create trans-seasonal pieces, perfect for layering and dressing up or down, with versatility at the heart of all the designs.
