Building on the momentum from its store openings on High Street Kensington, Covent Garden and on the King’s Road, Läderach now has eight stores in London, including the flagship store on Regent Street, an outpost in Westfield London and a concession in Harrods’ renowned Chocolate Hall.
As part of its commitment to innovation, Läderach will also be expanding the availability of its FrischSchoggi Dubai to all stores, including these two new additions, and online on following its successful debut in December 2024, with weekly deliveries. This limited-edition creation reimagines the viral Dubai Chocolate trend with an artisanal twist, featuring a luxurious combination of roasted pistachios and kataifi filo (angel hair) dough, enveloped in Läderach’s premium Swiss milk couverture and finished with vibrant pistachio stripes.
The Canary Wharf store in Canada Place provides an exciting venue for the area’s dynamic professionals and visitors seeking high quality chocolates and features Läderach’s full product range and a premium in-store experience, offering customers the chance to explore a wide variety of chocolates, all expertly crafted in Switzerland. This includes the brand’s signature FrischSchoggi counter, featuring chocolate slabs that can be snapped by hand and sold by weight, with additional fresh chocolate offerings include single-origin tablet bars, chocolate popcorn, seasonal collections and regular new product innovations, as well as the latest viral FrischSchoggi Dubai. The new Läderach counter at London’s iconic Selfridges replaces the Melt counter, and offers a more selective FrischSchoggi counter experience including FrischSchoggi Dubai, as well as a range of the brand’s best-selling all year round and seasonal ranges.
Stephan Stegen, UK General Manager of Läderach, comments: “We’re incredibly excited about our two new openings this spring. The ongoing regeneration at Canary Wharf has made it a vibrant hub of innovation and community that aligns perfectly with Läderach’s values of craftsmanship and quality. Equally, opening in Selfridges—an iconic destination for luxury and excellence—is an incredible opportunity to showcase our fresh, artisanal Swiss chocolate to a discerning and diverse audience, and both are in-line with our ambition this time last year to double our UK footprint by the end of 2025. Demand for our fresh, artisan Swiss chocolate continues to grow, and we’re thrilled to be able to meet it for Londoners across the city as well as nationwide, thanks to our online store which continues to thrive.”
