Lakeside Shopping Centre, has announced that The White Company is set to unveil a new store at the centre, opening in Spring 2026.

Known for its commitment to timeless design, exceptional quality, and understated luxury, The White Company will open a 5,000 sq ft store at the centre.

The arrival of The White Company marks an exciting addition to Lakeside’s premium retail lineup, reinforcing its reputation as one of the UK’s leading shopping destinations and further increasing its appeal to customers seeking high quality brands. Joining a lineup of premium names including H Beauty, Reiss, Charles Tyrwhitt and Chisholm Hunter, The White Company further strengthens Lakeside’s commitment to providing guests with access to aspirational lifestyle and fashion brands.

Visitors to the centre will experience the brand’s latest full size store, complete with an extensive range of products across clothing, home, fragrance, bedding and Little White Company. The store will be one of four new openings in spring for the brand across the UK, and a second store in Essex.

Max Collett, associate director, asset management at Pradera Lateral, commented: “As a brand that epitomises timeless luxury, and comfort, we identified The White Company as the perfect fit for Lakeside. We’re laser-focused when it comes to creating a dynamic retail mix, with the addition of premium brands such as The White Company forming a key foundation in our leasing strategy. We have no doubt the brand will enjoy great success at the centre.”

Beth O’Regan, head of property at The White Company, added: “Lakeside’s diverse retail, F&B and leisure offering, coupled with its ambitious strategy were a key factor in our decision to bring The White Company to the centre – it is the perfect home for the brand and its customer base. We greatly look forward to welcoming the people of Essex and beyond to the new store.”

With a significant phase of investment underway to enhance every aspect of the guest experience, The White Company’s arrival reflects Lakeside’s wider strategy to redefine the retail and leisure destination experience.

Lakeside, owned by SGS UK Retail, is asset managed by Pradera Lateral. The leasing agents for this deal were LM Real Estate & Smith Young.
