LEON launches protein-packed spring menu

Spring is finally here, and with it comes promises of sunshine, those longer days we’ve all been craving, and – here’s the best bit – LEON’S brand new Spring Menu!

Consumer research showed that nearly half (46%) of customers are looking for high-protein options when grabbing food on the go – it was by far the most important claim for them. So, LEON said it has made it even easier to find the protein you need, when you need it.

LEON’s Spring Menu features brand new protein-packed dishes for breakfast, lunch, and those in-between moments. Plus, it is labelling all high-protein options clearly, so you can spot them in a flash. Strong choices, made simple.

NEW IN: POWERED BY PROTEIN

Mornings just got a whole lot tastier with LEON’s new Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese Muffin (11g Protein, RRP: £5.29), made with sustainably-sourced smoked salmon and rich cream cheese, with our Golden Goddess sauce. Paired with fresh spinach in a toasted sourdough muffin. So-fish-ticated.

LEON’s new Spicy Firecracker Chicken Wrap (28g Protein, RRP: £7.79)  is officially the hottest way to get your lunchtime protein fix. Chargrilled chicken, LEON’s signature Firecracker sauce with a spicy kick, pickled peppers, gherkins, LEON Aioli, and crisp lettuce are all lovingly wrapped up for you. Now, that’s fire.

Say hello to LEON’s brand new Salted Caramel Protein Shake (20g Protein, RRP: £5.99), the ultimate pick-me-up packed with protein, for those days when you need a little extra fuel. Power up with a blend of banana, salted caramel, vanilla protein powder, and soya milk. 20g of protein, on the go.

CULT CLASSICS: MEALS THAT DO THE LIFTING

Rich, nutty, and ridiculously good, LEON’s Peanut Chicken Satay Rice Box (35g Protein, RRP: £7.99) stars chargrilled chicken thigh, smothered in the punchiest, peanutiest satay sauce. Made with creamy coconut, roasted peanuts, and a touch of tamarind for just the right amount of tang. Served over fragrant rice, it’s the perfect balance of sweet, savoury, and downright satisfying. Satay-tisfaction guaranteed!

LEON takes the classic Chicken Caesar Salad (30g Protein, RRP: £6.99) to the next level. Tender chargrilled chicken pairs perfectly with crisp salad leaves, Grana Padano, grains, seeds, and signature Honey Mustard Caesar Dressing. It’s a fresh take on a beloved favourite, perfect for those looking for a lighter but satisfying meal.

Chilli Chicken Rice Box (29g Protein, RRP: £7.29) is the ultimate LEON staple, with a kick. Chargrilled chicken thigh with creamy LEON Aioli, smoky pink kraut, fresh herbs, and a lemon for squeezing. Served on brown rice with a pot of LEON Chilli Sauce.

Chicken Caesar Burger (28g Protein, RRP £6.99) features crispy-coated, succulent whole chicken thigh with a rich parmesan honey mustard mayo, provolone cheese, lettuce, and zingy pickles. Served in a soft sourdough burger bun, it’s the perfect mix of crispy, creamy, and cheesy. Hail Caesar!

The Smoky Paprika Chicken Wrap (28g Protein, RRP £7.49) is here to bring Mediterranean flavours to life. Bite into the smoky goodness of paprika butter marinated chicken thigh, LEON Aioli & Chilli Sauce, LEON slaw, and lightly pickled pink kraut. It’s good for your gut, it’s high protein, and it’s seriously smokin’.

NEW IN: SPRING SIDES AND SIPS

To complement LEON’s protein-packed line-up, drinks and sides have been shaken up with a returning favourite and some seasonal refreshers that are almost too cool to handle.

Spicy, saucy Korean Kimchi Fries (RRP: £3.99) are back on the menu. Signature LEON Baked Fries loaded with Korean Mayo, kimchi, crispy onions, and fresh herbs. It’s time to join the kimchi craze… again!

Passionfruit Lemon Iced Tea (RRP: £4): A refreshing iced lemon black tea with a tropical, passionfruit twist. Spill the (iced) tea.

Watermelon Matcha Iced Tea (RRP: £4): Sweet watermelon green tea, topped with vibrant matcha and served over ice. Oh-so-cool.

Yuzu Lemonade (RRP: £2.49): A LEON take on a refreshing lemonade, with a yuzu twist. Yuzu you hun.

Lime Bubbly Water (RRP: £1.99): LEON’s very own sparkling water, flavoured with lime and a hint of lemon . All bubble, no trouble.

Raspberry Bubbly Water (RRP: £1.99): LEON’s very own sparkling water, flavoured with raspberry and a hint of rhubarb . Let’s get fizz-ical.

LEON’s Spring Menu launches April 9th at all LEON Restaurants.

All dishes will be available for takeaway, click & collect and delivery.

Order via the LEON Club app to skip the queue.
