Licor 43Booths is set to bring a taste of Spanish sunshine to its shelves with the launch of Licor 43 (35cl, 31% ABV), the world’s number one Spanish liqueur, into all stores from now.

Known for its distinctive blend of 43 ingredients, Licor 43 offers a smooth and versatile flavour profile with notes of vanilla and caramel. In line with its Mix Something New ethos, which is focused on inspiring creativity through connection and mixing, it sits at the heart of a multitude of premium cocktails and shots and caters for the rise of cocktail making at home.

The rollout comes at a time of growing momentum for Licor 43 in the UK. The listing follows its expansion in ASDA stores from 75 to 150 locations in 2025, as well as its growing presence in the UK on trade.

Pete Newton, Spirits & Beer Buyer at Booths, said: “We’re delighted to be stocking Licor 43 into Booths stores. The famous Spanish Liqueur from Cartagena will no doubt be a big hit with our customers and you can pick it up in-store now.”

Claire Maguire, Brand Manager for Licor 43 at Paragon Brands said: “Spain is the number one holiday destination for Brits and the country’s food and drink is loved by consumers in the UK already. As the brand continues to grow, we’re confident in a strong year ahead, as more consumers embrace Licor 43 as a versatile brand with a unique spirit.”

Popular Licor 43 cocktails include its Carajillo, which combines Licor 43 with cold brew coffee for a modern twist on a Spanish classic, and the Ibiza Spritz – a summer-forward serve made with Licor 43, grapefruit soda and a squeeze of lemon juice over ice, set to be a key drinks trend for summer 2026.

The brand has been a major driver behind the ‘Baby Beer’ shot phenomenon, with over 3 million serves sold in 2025 across 6,500 venues. The shot, featuring Licor43 and a layer of cream liqueur, has driven awareness of the brand and its versatility, helping to introduce new consumers to its unique taste and placing it at the heart of group rituals.

Licor 43 35cl (£13.50) will be available in all 28 Booths stores from now, offering shoppers an easy way to discover one of Spain’s most iconic drinks.
