Little Moons is shaking up the frozen dessert aisle with the launch of its innovative bite-sized frozen Cheesecakes – offering consumers a ‘little cheesecake fix’. This launch underscores Little Moons’ commitment to innovation and its drive to redefine the dessert experience.
The frozen Cheesecakes are set to reinvigorate the frozen dessert category with a unique offering, capturing consumer interest and imagination, while addressing a category facing recent declines.
Little Moons Cheesecake offers a fresh take on a UK favourite and blends the classic indulgence of cheesecake with the brand’s signature mochi dough, creating a unique and premium frozen dessert experience.
The range taps into the growing consumer demand for high-quality bite-sized indulgences and each cheesecake mochi is under 100 calories. The range comes in three distinct and carefully crafted flavours designed to appeal to a wide range of taste preferences:
Caramelised Biscuit and White Chocolate: Cheesecake with white chocolate curls, filled with caramelised biscuits paste, covered in sweet mochi dough and gluten free crumbs
Strawberry and Mascarpone Cheesecake: Vanilla and Mascarpone cheesecake, with strawberry jam centre, covered in strawberry pink dough, coated in gluten free crumbs
Belgian Chocolate and Salted Caramel: Belgian chocolate cheesecake, with salted caramel centre, covered in chocolate mochi dough, coated in cocoa gluten free crumbs
All three flavours will be available in Co-op from 16th September, rolling out in all major retailers nationwide from October, (RRP: £3.75 for a pack of four).
Howard Wong, co-founder of Little Moons, comments: “Our new cheesecakes are our first foray into frozen desserts and expansion outside our mochi ice cream offerings. By blending the rich flavours of cheesecake with our distinctive mochi twist, we’re giving consumers a great way to enjoy a classic dessert any day of the week. It’s all about making sophisticated indulgence more accessible and enjoyable for every occasion.”
